The Company:
An award-winning, five-star housebuilder that specialises in developing luxurious, modern new homes across London and the South.
The Role:
New Homes Sales Consultant or Senior Sales Consultant.
Experience:
You must have experience of selling new homes and be comfortable launching your own development.
Duties:
Initially you will be selling the final few developments at a site in Stevenage until early next year and then you will head over to set up and run a new development in Rickmansworth.
You must be conveniently placed for both locations and be confident in running your own site.
The Benefits:
Pay package includes; £32k - £36k basic + £20k comm + £2k customer care bonus + plus mileage paid + discretionary yearly bonus.

This role requires weekend working with two days off during the week.
