Are you a charismatic and results-oriented individual with a passion for New Homes? My client is seeking an enthusiastic New Homes Sales Consultant to play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families find their dream homes.
You will support customers throughout the entire sales process, engaging with potential home buyers needs, providing a deep understanding of the buying process, address any questions or concerns and negotiate the final sale.
About You:
- Proven experience in new home sales or a related field.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of current property market trends.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
The Role:
- Engage with potential home buyers to understand their preferences, needs, and budget constraints. Provide personalised guidance throughout the home buying process, building rapport and trust.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our new home designs, features, and community amenities.
- Collaborate with clients to navigate the sales process, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism. Close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
- Provide valuable insights to enhance our product offerings and marketing strategies.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Offer exceptional post-sales support to encourage customer loyalty and generate referrals.

- £27k Basic + 3k Car Allowance, £50k OTE
- Weekends on a rota
