What you’ll do:
- Register and qualify applicants looking to purchase properties from £500,0000 up to and in excess of £3 million.
- Conduct accompanied viewings with applicants, speak with regularly and continue building ongoing relationships.
- Ensure compliance and administration is effectively updated.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the office by answering telephone and email queries, picking up any additional administerial duties within the team.
What you’ll need:
- Minimum of 6 months sales negotiator experience
- Bright and friendly personality
- Full clean driving licence
- Desire to deliver excellent customer service and grow a strong network within the local area.
