Are you an immediately available, experienced property Sales Progressor?

Are you looking for a flexible, hybrid Monday - Friday position whilst you look for your next role?
The Role;
- 2 month contract - (possibility of extension)
- New Homes Sales Progressor covering three sites.
- Hybrid working (3 days from home, 2 days in Brentwood based head office)
- Monday - Friday position.
- £35k salary pro rata'd paid hourly (£16 - 17 ph equivalent)
Expectations:
- Engage with solicitors, vendors, and buyers, keeping on top of the sales process.
- Keep the system updated with progression, with exceptional IT skills.
- Act as the point of contact for residents over the phone, with excellent telephone manner.
- 2 months with possibility of extension
Benefits:
- £35k salary, dependent on experience. Paid as an hourly rate (holiday pay, NI and tax contributions on top).
- Hybrid position 2 days in the Brentwood Office, 3 days remote working

Essential Requirements:
- Experience as a New Homes Sales Progressor is compulsory.
- Proven track record of successfully progressing New Homes Sales.
- Available immediately.
