My client in West Hampstead is looking for you!
You will be managing your own portfolio of around 150 properties including a mixture of apartments and houses with varying rental values. You will be confident and experienced in dealing with the full 360 degree property management process. The team are a fun, friendly bunch that you will be joining with regular Friday drinks. The office environment is professional yet smart/casual in dress. Sound like this is up your street?
Benefits
Monday to Friday hours (early finish on Fridays)
£40,000 salary
Will pay for ARLA if not already completed

Responsibilities
Pre tenancy requirements
Agreeing float with landlord for maintenance issues
General maintenance throughout contract
Processing invoices under £200 with approval required for over £200
Insurance claims and liaising with block managers, loss adjusters and arranging estimates
Property inspections and submitting reports to landlords
Check out reports and negotiating deposits/dealing with disputes
