They pro-actively build relationships with their tenants and landlords and get to know their properties inside out which makes it a lot easier for the property management team to foresee where maintenance works is needed across the portfolio. You will be a trusted consultant to landlords and tenants alike and your day to day will feel a lot lighter and organised. Externally, this company are renowned for their high level of market expertise, so much so that they grow the managed portfolio by the day just from recommendations from their current landlords.
Our Property Manager will:
- Have 3 years+ experience within an AST Property Management or a customer facing role within customer service or retail
- Two routine property visits per year.
- Organise reactive and planned maintenance
- Liaise with tenants & landlords throughout the tenancy
- Arrange the renewals of the ASTs, ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Arrange the check-in and check-outs.
- Manage the deposit process from start - finish
- Ensure compliance in terms of TDS, GSR certification, EICR, Smoke alarms any licensing queries.
Offers:
- £30,000 - £38,000 per annum (DOE)
- Full Time, Permanent Hours: Monday - Friday: 09.00-6:00pm
- 25 days plus bank holidays
