I am working with a Prime Agent agent in Hyde Park who are looking for a strong Sales Negotiator to take over a £450k seat. The role is available due to internal branch moves and provides a great platform to work with prime property and earn quickly. You will work alongside another Negotiator and report in to the Sales Manager who leads by example.
You will be responsible for selling properties at £3-10 million as well as being taught to value if you cannot already.
A typical day would include:
- Handle daily enquiries and ensure buyers are correctly qualified and details updated
- Take charge of the above and keep a system that ensures process and quality are not missed
- Conduct viewings on the fabulous properties in Prime Central London
- Negotiate between buyers and sellers, whilst demonstrating a consultative approach
- Mentor Junior Negotiator
