Our client is looking for an experienced shared ownership Sales Consultant to join their team working across multiple sites in West London.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shared Ownership New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential buyers through the shared ownership process and helping them find their perfect home. Your interpersonal skills and knowledge will be instrumental in assisting clients and ensuring their needs are met.

The Role:

• Engage with prospective homebuyers, understand their preferences, and guide them through the shared ownership process.
• Provide comprehensive information about our new home developments, the shared ownership model, and financing options.
• Conduct viewings.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and requirements.
• Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to create effective sales strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
• Facilitate the completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation for shared ownership purchases.

About You:

• Previous experience in shared ownership sales is vital for this role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with potential buyers.
• Knowledge of shared ownership programs and the local real estate market.

The Details:

• £30k-£35k basic depending on experience, £51k OTE.
• 9:30am-6pm.
• Weekly rotation.
