I am looking for a New Homes Sales consultant to join one of the UK's most prominent house builders. This is an exciting opportunity working in a stunning marketing suite in Barking, London.
You will join an award winning developer in assisting the sales team with incoming enquires and sales.
THE ROLE
- Immediate start - temporary shifts
- Monday, Thursday & Friday - 10am to 5pm, Saturday & Sunday - 11am - 5pm. 3 days per week, to be agreed with client on flexible basis.
- Weekly pay, £14 ph. + holiday (PAYE)
Your duties will include:
- Welcoming potential buyers and providing them with information about the properties available.
- Conducting viewings of show homes and other properties with potential buyers
- Responding to queries from potential buyers about the properties and the buying process
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential buyers, estate agents, and developers
- Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials and advertising campaigns
- Maintaining accurate records of sales and potential buyers
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other professionals involved in the home buying process.
You'll need:
- To be able to confidently sell properties off-plan to first time buyers, down-sizers and overseas investors.
- Natural rapport building and people skills.
- Curiosity and passion about the area you are selling. What are local schools like? Recommended shops? Value for money? etc.
- Confident using IT and tech.
