Trainee Sales Negotiator, Wapping

The company
You will be joining an incredibly experienced team with a wealth of experience and a brand that precedes them. Established and with the largest market share in Wapping you will be joining the leading brand in the local area.
The role
You will be learning the trade of Estate Agency with a hands on approach, shadowing colleagues and researching the local market. You will be regularly contacting applicants, following up on leads, booking and attending viewings. You will be focusing on building relationships with the your applicants/tenants and of course be a fundamental member of the office team.
This opportunity provides an excellent introduction into the real estate world for a forward thinking, motivated and personable candidate.
The rewards
- Basic salary £16-£17k plus office commission - OTE £35-£45k
- Office Hours are 8:30am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday
- 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am - 4pm and ½ day in lieu the following week
- Car allowance £3000
- Day off for birthday
- 2 wellness hours per month
