Are you passionate about real estate and love connecting people with their dream homes? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and have a flair for sales? If so my client is looking for experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to work on their development!
As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in showcasing our exciting new developments to prospective buyers. You will be based on a brand new site in the bustling and trendy area of East London.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Off-Plan Sales
- Providing exceptional customer service to potential home buyers.
- Guiding clients through the home buying process with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Utilising your sales skills to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Building strong relationships with clients and fostering a positive experience.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in off plan, new homes sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Passion for staying updated on property market trends and industry developments.
The Details:
- Up to £30k basic, £55k OTE
- Uncapped commission structure
- 9:30am-5pm
