He currently is the Senior Vice President at SmartRent, a robust end-to-end smart home automation company that develops enterprise software, builds industry specific hardware & performs full installation. Currently installed across the USA, Phil is spearheading SmartRents global strategy and is looking to emulate the technology across the build to rent, PRS, purpose-built student accommodation & housing association markets across the UK & Europe.
