Baker brings with him 30 years of both recruitment and finance experience at director level, a unique blend of expertise within the market. He’s developed teams within organisations from sourcing junior-level roles through to delivering executive search. With a history of building business areas within human resources, marketing, and finance, he will spearhead the development of deverellsmith’s world-class corporate functions service, to provide clients with a specialist offering that will be hard to find elsewhere.
His rare and extensive 30-year career gives Baker a unique understanding of both client and candidate perspectives, allowing him to draw from this knowledge to bring candidates' experiences to client challenges, delivering a trusted, premium service.
