They were looking to fill a unique yet challenging role and partnered with Amanda Carrell our Team Manager – Temporary Specialist at deverellsmith. The challenge presented itself in the complexity of the role’s skill set, as they required an Office Manager with Marketing and PA experience. Due to the specific nature of the role, the candidate pool was small, meaning the client had less candidates with the right skills to potentially fill the position.
