We're working with a leading purpose built student accommodation operator to recruit a site-based Credit Controller for a large student accommodation property in Birmingham.This is not a back-office collections role. You'll be embedded on-site, taking full ownership of arrears management and working closely with the operational team to drive rent collection performance.A key part of the role involves face-to-face conversations with residents regarding outstanding balances.
