Credit Controller

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and technically-minded Estates &amp; Facilities professional to step into a senior management role overseeing a diverse national property portfolio within the purpose-built student accommodation sector.As the Estates &amp; Facilities Technical Manager, you will take ownership of a broad scope of technical responsibilities, from strategic asset planning and compliance to the delivery of capital projects, mobilisation of new schemes, and resolution of complex latent defects. This role demands a strong technical background, especially in electrical systems and hard services, as well as experience managing large-scale M&amp;E, HVAC, and compliance frameworks.This position is perfect for someone who is looking to lead at a national level, with a blend of strategic input and on-the-ground technical oversight.
