They are looking for an M&amp;E Design Manager to work on a large-scale, mixed-use development in Canary Wharf. The development will feature residential, commercial, and public spaces. Joining the project team you will lead the mechanical and electrical design elements of this ambitious development. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration of M&amp;E services across all aspects of the project, from Stage 4 to delivery. Senior Lettings Negotiator

We are currently seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Operative to join the onsite team at a high-quality residential development. This hands-on role involves ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards, supporting both routine and reactive maintenance across the site.About the Role: Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and/or Development Manager, the Maintenance Operative will carry out a wide range of in-house maintenance tasks.
