Tenancy Manager

We're working with a well-established developer on a high-rise residential scheme in London, now moving into the construction phase. We're looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to join the delivery team as No.2 on site, reporting directly to the Project Director.
 This is a position for someone who is strongest in the early and technically challenging stages of a build. The successful candidate will take ownership of site operations through groundworks, RC frame, externals and fa&ccedil;ade delivery, overseeing a dedicated site team and working closely with design, commercial and planning functions to drive programme and quality.
 Key responsibilities:

<li>Day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery.</li>
<li>Leading subcontractors through groundworks, RC frame, externals and fa&ccedil;ade phases.</li>
