<p>This is a good move for someone with credit control or property finance experience who wants to move into a more operational real estate role.</p><p>The business is a growing single family BTR platform, delivering new build rental homes across the UK. It is backed by major institutional capital and sits in one of the fastest growing parts of the residential market.</p><p>This is not a generic debt chasing role. <p>This is a good move for someone solid in Accounts Payable who wants more ownership, better systems exposure and the chance to grow with a real estate business that is building something bigger.</p><p>The role is with a long established private property business with c.£2bn AUM and around 40 years of history in London real estate. The portfolio covers shops, offices, light industrial assets and a growing operational platform.</p><p>This is not a churn hire. The person currently in the role has been with the business for 10 years, so you would be stepping into a stable finance team where the role has proper long term value.</p><p>You would take ownership of AP across 8 operational entities, with Tipalti central to how the business manages supplier onboarding, invoice processing, approval workflows and payments.</p><p>The role covers:</p><ul><li>Accounts payable across 8 operational entities<br /> * Supplier onboarding and invoice workflows through Tipalti<br /> * Weekly payment runs and monthly remittances<br /> * Tipalti to Sage 50 imports across invoices, credits, payees and payments<br /> * Bank reconciliations and payment allocations<br /> * Supplier and internal query management<br /> * Supporting AP setup as new operational entities come online<br /> * Helping improve AP processes, controls and automation</li></ul><p>You will suit this if you have at least 3 years of AP experience, strong Tipalti knowledge and the confidence to work across multiple entities.</p><p>This would work well for someone who is organised, accurate and happy being close to both finance and operational teams.</p><p>Why it is worth considering:</p><ul><li>£2bn AUM property business<br /> * Stable role replacing someone who has been there 10 years<br /> * Ownership across 8 entities<br /> * Strong Tipalti and systems exposure<br /> * Growing operational platform<br /> * Chance to broaden beyond pure invoice processing over time<br /> * Exposure to a major growth project that could materially increase the size of the group</li></ul><p>The trade off is that this is 5 days a week in the office. Accounts Payable

<p>This is a strong move for a part qualified or newly qualified accountant who wants more ownership, more visibility and a broader role inside a growing real estate business.</p><p>The role is with a long established private property business with c.£2bn AUM and around 40 years of history in London real estate. The portfolio spans shops, offices, light industrial assets and student accommodation, with a major new operational project now driving the next stage of growth.</p><p>This is not just a month end role. You would sit directly under the Finance Director and take ownership across c.8 to 10 entities, while helping build the finance processes around a new operational business that could materially increase the size of the group.</p><p>The role covers:</p><p>* Full month end ownership across c.8 to 10 entities<br /> * Monthly management accounts, sales imports, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet review<br /> * Budget tracking across construction projects, including actuals vs budget reporting<br /> * Working with project and operations teams to investigate discrepancies and track performance<br /> * Oversight of AP output, bank reconciliations and payment imports<br /> * VAT returns, audit files and year end support<br /> * Supporting system upgrades across operational and construction finance<br /> * Helping set up finance processes for a new operational venture</p><p>You will suit this if you have strong management accounting experience, real estate exposure and the confidence to work with operational and project teams.</p><p>You do not need to be the finished article.
