Project Quantity Surveyor 

We're recruiting for an Estates &amp; Facilities Manager to join Collegiate UK, a leading operator in the student accommodation sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company and expanding team, with plenty of support and development opportunities along the way.
The role:
As Estates &amp; Facilities Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the coordination of estates and facilities services across a national property portfolio. You'll ensure buildings are safe, compliant, and well-maintained, while supporting operational teams and managing external contractors. This is a hands-on role with real variety, spanning reactive and planned maintenance, compliance, health &amp; safety, and project support.
Key responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Managing day-to-day facilities services and planned maintenance across multiple sites.</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance with health &amp; safety, statutory regulations, and company policies.</li>
<li>Supporting refurbishment, mobilisation, and transition of projects at handover stage.</li>
<li>Working with contractors and internal teams to deliver high-quality services on time and within budget.</li>
<li>Preparing reports and data to support decision-making and compliance audits.</li>
</ul>

What we're looking for:

<li>Experience in estates or facilities management, ideally within PBSA, build to rent, or the residential sector.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory requirements, and building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).</li>
<li>Background in sourcing/managing hard and soft FM services.</li>
<li>Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Relevant professional qualification or membership (e.g. IWFM, IOSH) desirable.</li>

Estates & Facilities Manager

We're working seeking an organised, proactive, and people-focused HR Coordinator to join the central support team. The role:
As HR Coordinator, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of HR operations and delivering a first-class employee experience. From recruitment and onboarding to systems management and day-to-day HR support, you'll be involved in every stage of the employee lifecycle.
You'll work closely with the HR Manager, supporting a diverse and dynamic workforce and helping to drive HR initiatives that make a real impact.
Your key responsibilities will include:

<li>Providing efficient, high-quality HR support across the business.</li>
<li>Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process in partnership with hiring managers and external partners.</li>
<li>Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, new starter documentation, and leaver administration.</li>
<li>Maintaining and developing the HRIS (PeopleHR), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.</li>
<li>Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries, offering timely and professional support to employees and managers.</li>
<li>Supporting HR projects, system improvements, and continuous improvement activities.</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.</li>
<li>Assisting with general HR administration and ad hoc tasks as needed.</li>
<li>Providing flexibility during peak periods (e.g. seasonal operations), with occasional travel where required.</li>
</ul>
About you:

We're looking for:

<li>Previous experience in an HR role (Assistant, Administrator or Coordinator level).</li>
