Develop a luxury landmark scheme...
An extremely well-financed property development business, funded by a renowned private family office, has recently acquired the famous Admiralty Arch – an iconic grade 1 listed building, built over 100 years ago in memory of Queen Victoria and housed the official residences of the First Sea Lords.
Not only did it serve as a centre for clandestine wartime intelligence efforts and a Royal Navy outpost, but it was also used as a centre for the UK Government’s Cabinet Office, hosting the likes of Sir Winston Churchill, Lord Mountbatten and Ian Fleming.
The project requires around £100million of construction work and restoration which you will lead and help procure, with the support of an internal development team and external professional teams.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone creative, passionate and driven to lead in this one-of-a-kind development.

A small company with a family feel, who like creative and flexible people – like them.
An established but start-up environment, with excellent funding.
The existing teams combined 40+ years experience of complex developments has seen them deliver over 3,000,000sq ft of completed property in the last 15 years alone.
Most recently the team have successfully built the senior living brand Auriens, London’s only 5 star later living rental platform and have a strong focus on exclusive high-end independent living projects in Central London.
They were also responsible for the delivery of The TwentyTwo in Mayfair, London’s latest and most exclusive boutique hotel, private members club and dining experience.
You’ll work within a small development team, but take the lead on this project, as well as the secondary luxury later living scheme. You will be supported by the company’s investment director, development team and external professional teams and contractors, whom you will manage and have input on appointing.
Of course there will be further schemes added to the development pipeline in the future, but if you like high end luxury residential, you can't find much better!
