The Lark is the latest scheme Allsop will manage and their first in London. It is a 197 unit scheme in Nine Elms and offers a mix of 1,2 and 3 bed apartments to its residents with a number of fantastic amenities for their residents such as communal gardens, cinema rooms & dining spaces.

About the team

On site there is a General Manager who will oversee the running of the property; a lettings manager who will focus on fully occupying the site; an assistant General Manager who will lead on delivering the exceptional experience to residents through creating partnerships & events; resident associates who will support on site across customer service, events & leasing.

The Lark development is currently seeking an Assistant General Manager and Resident Associates to join their team.
