Birchgrove is an assisted living operator, launched in 2017. We provide purpose-built high-quality assisted living apartments for people in later life (typically 80+) who are looking to downsize or live in a more secure and socially engaging environment.
We currently have 3 operational properties, housing approximately 150 people and a workforce of about 60. We are backed by Bridges Fund Management, who have a strong track record of successful development in the care sector having delivered 14 care and retirement developments to date.
This is just the beginning of our story...
The first Birchgrove community Queensgate Apartments, Sidcup opened in 2019. Woodbank Apartments, Woking opened in October 2020, and Lower Mill Apartments, Ewell, opened in May 2022.
Three more developments are planned for construction. In addition, we are actively looking to expand our locations and are committed to honing the relevance of our buildings and the service we offer with every new iteration.
