Culture
The Mr and Mrs Clarke in-house team are available to support their Agents and provide them with everything they need to make a success of their business. The support team are based in Warwickshire and are a talented team of marketeers, designers, business leaders and admin support staff. The office is a buzzing hub of activity where someone is always on hand to help.
Agents are dotted all over the UK but come together regularly to share ideas and support each other. There is a vibrant eco-system where ideas are shared and success is celebrated. There is an online Network where Agents can access training and support. There is also a social forum where Agents collaborate.
Agents come together for a weekly Workshop for bespoke training as well regular get-togethers for some fun and training - the last event was bread making and local marketing strategies in Stratford upon-Avon.
Your role
Your role is to get out there and get homes to sell and then provide customers and clients with the best services. You have to roll up your sleeves and do some local grafting.
It’s up to you to get out there and do business – generating leads, working with clients, helping customers and building local connections. You can work by yourself or you can create a team with your area, the earning potential is endless but it requires passion, hard work and an enthusiasm to run the finest estate agency.

There are two types of franchise available to agents. Franchisee & Associate.
Franchisee
Joining fee dependant on territory size (typically between £6k & £12k)
Exclusivity within territory for 5 years
Receive 75% of commission
£495 monthly support fee
£12.5k loan is available via MMC
Associate
No joining fee
No exclusive territory
Receive 60% of commission
£495 monthly support fee
