Who are Vastint?
Vastint are an international real estate organisation with over 30 years of experience. The goal of Vastint is to create long-term value through property investments. The cornerstones of their operations are development of commercial and residential real estate for further active management. Development activities include land acquisition, master planning, design, construction, leasing and sales.

What's the opportunity?
Vastint is recruiting for a Senior Property Manager to head up the property management team based on site at the UK head office in Stratford, East London.
Vastint has delivered 371 residential units as part of its scheme at Sugar House Island, a 25 regeneration acre site that will deliver 1200 residential units, a new primary school, a 350 bed hotel and over 500,000ft2 of offices when completed.
Client Account Manager
Nick leads the build to rent practice, responsible for group strategy and management of senior search mandates internationally. His team delivers recruitment and strategic consultancy across the investment, development and management disciplines within the global multifamily market. Nick has a First-Class Honours degree in (BA) Management at The University of Manchester.
