In 2008, Joseph Rajah set about a mission. With the financial industry underwater and a family to support, Joseph needed a plan that didn’t rely on the banks. He set about seeking development funding from housing associations, showing his commitment to the schemes by putting his name to them.
Two years later, Joseph found himself renting a desk in Paul Dipino’s office. Unlike Joseph, Paul had spent his career living and breathing property, holding roles as agent, developer and investor. After a brief discussion around values, the decision to join forces was a no-brainer.
