About the organisation
LifeProven is a UK-based ESG-property consultancy founded in 2018 by Jordan Relfe and Adam Hinds to innovate the delivery of built assets for better social, environmental, and financial outcomes, to enhance our collective Wellbeing.
Using a world's first data science-based survey process developed to measure how building environments positively influence occupant health, wellbeing & quality of life over time, LifeProven provide property companies with data-insights and strategic advice to communicate their positive social and environmental impact to their ESG stakeholders, to enhance operational outcomes and to inform the design and delivery of planetary and people focused developments.
At present we are working with a mixture of property clients, typically funds and developers including VINCI Plc, Segro Plc, Curlew Capital, Urban Splash, Urban Village, Thirdway Group, Grantside, Highbridge Estates, Ellis Brown, VervLife.
This year we are organically growing our client base, with LifeProven focusing on ESG objective and strategy definition for property clients to actively measure and annually report their impact against, as well as providing a direct sales funnel to cross-sell ProjectProven design and delivery services. Our objective this year is to remain niche, providing a high-quality service to a select few ‘LifeTime’ clients who we provide repeated and reoccurring services, building both industry reputation and in-house systems and processes for future scale.
