The Development & Regeneration team specialises in advising public and private sector clients on:
Development viability, including financial modelling to support analysis
Delivery strategies for schemes ranging from 200 homes through to 10,000 homes mixed use schemes
Delivery structures including Joint Ventures and Development Agreements
Funding and finance for development and regeneration projects including debt finance

About the team
This Associate will sit within our Development & Regeneration team, reporting to Partner, Delia Beddis.
As a Partner at Newbridge, Delia has advised Local Authorities across London on delivery and funding strategies for regeneration projects, including the 10,000 unit Meridian Water scheme in Enfield. She has also advised on structuring debt transactions for development and infrastructure finance to bring forward new homes.
Delia is supported by Assistant Director, Henri Cooke who leads our financial modelling work and Mathieu Breton, Associate financial modeller. The Associate will work closely alongside Delia, Henri and Mathieu bringing eseential development and property knowledge to further enhance our advisory services.
