Your main responsibilities will be:
- Effectively manage a sales database to optimise sales opportunities
- Generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity
- Apply effective selling skills in order to exceed required profitable sales targets
- Progress secured reservations to completion
- To effectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer service
- Manage and resolve any customer complaints
- Focus on self-development and the improvement of sales and management skills
- Represent the business to the highest possible standards
You will need to have experience within the new homes industry and confident to sell to high net worth individuals. You will be leading the sales within a block of 5 new developments.
You will need to be:
- Available to work weekends
- Strong property knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
