Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 basic (Temporary) + OTE £22,000+ (Permanent)
Schedule: Full-Time | Friday - Tuesday

We are seeking a motivated and professional New Homes Sales Consultant to join a brand-new, high-end residential development in Haringey, working with one of London's fastest-growing property developers.

This is an immediate start on a temporary basis, with a strong opportunity to transition into a permanent position. Ideal for someone with experience in property sales looking for additional work, or for someone who is immediately available and eager to step into a dynamic, customer-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct viewings and provide knowledgeable tours of new-build homes

• Manage incoming enquiries, follow up leads, and drive sales

• Guide buyers through the reservation and sales progression process

• Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Represent the development and brand to a high standard

Requirements:

• Ideally, experience in new homes sales or a property sales environment

• Confident, personable, and sales-driven

• Comfortable working Friday to Tuesday, including weekends

• Immediate availability required

• Strong communication and organisational skills
