Lettings & Property Management Assistant | Central London | Full-Time

A long-established and highly respected London landlord is seeking an enthusiastic Lettings & Property Management Assistant to help manage a portfolio of luxurious residential apartments in Central London.
You'll join a small, dynamic team and report directly to the Director of Lettings & Management, supporting the day-to-day operations of their high-end properties and delivering five-star service to valued tenants.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the professional face of the office - answering calls, greeting guests, managing supplies, and handling ad hoc errands
- Delivering exceptional customer service to tenants and stakeholders
- Coordinating with contractors, accountants, agents, utility companies, and in-house staff
- Organising property maintenance, attending inspections, and ensuring swift issue resolution
- Assisting with tenancy agreements, invoicing, and welcome packs
- Managing the lettings inbox, uploading property listings, and supporting social media
- Conducting viewings and inspections, including occasional evenings/weekends
- Ensuring compliance with AML, Right to Let, and certification requirements
- Supporting inventory checks and preparing properties for new tenants
- Keeping property records accurate and up to date
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in lettings or property management
- A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to use initiative
- Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and confidence dealing with a wide range of people
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- A professional appearance and a friendly, approachable manner
- Willingness to be part of a phone rota for emergency property issues
- Desirable: a full UK driving licence, ARLA/NFOPP qualification, and AML training (or willingness to obtain)
- Bonus: additional languages and/or living close to Central London
