Lettings & Property Management Assistant | Central London | Full-Time

Are you ready to take the next step in your property career with a role that offers variety, responsibility, and room to grow? A long-established and highly respected London landlord is seeking an enthusiastic Lettings & Property Management Assistant to help manage a portfolio of luxurious residential apartments in Central London.

You'll join a small, dynamic team and report directly to the Director of Lettings & Management, supporting the day-to-day operations of their high-end properties and delivering five-star service to valued tenants.

What You'll Be Doing
This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the professional face of the office - answering calls, greeting guests, managing supplies, and handling ad hoc errands
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to tenants and stakeholders
  • Coordinating with contractors, accountants, agents, utility companies, and in-house staff
  • Organising property maintenance, attending inspections, and ensuring swift issue resolution
  • Assisting with tenancy agreements, invoicing, and welcome packs
  • Managing the lettings inbox, uploading property listings, and supporting social media
  • Conducting viewings and inspections, including occasional evenings/weekends
  • Ensuring compliance with AML, Right to Let, and certification requirements
  • Supporting inventory checks and preparing properties for new tenants
  • Keeping property records accurate and up to date

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in lettings or property management
  • A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to use initiative
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and confidence dealing with a wide range of people
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • A professional appearance and a friendly, approachable manner
  • Willingness to be part of a phone rota for emergency property issues
  • Desirable: a full UK driving licence, ARLA/NFOPP qualification, and AML training (or willingness to obtain)
  • Bonus: additional languages and/or living close to Central London

Why Join Us?

  • Work with a premium Central London property portfolio
  • Be part of a well-established and highly regarded business
  • Join a friendly, collaborative team where your contributions are valued
  • Develop your career with scope for training and growth
  • Enjoy a varied role in a prestigious and fast-moving environment
