Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage advice tailored to each client, guiding them from consultation to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and colleagues to ensure exceptional service.
• Stay informed on market trends, lender policies, and regulatory changes to offer relevant, expert advice.
• Tackle complex cases with creative solutions while ensuring full compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor, with a proven track record of success.
• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification is required.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM systems and technology.
