Salary: £25,000-£30,000 basic + £20,000-£30,000 commission
Contract: Full-time including weekends (1 off in 4)

About the opportunity
A leading property developer is seeking a Sales Consultant to work across 2 of their prestigious developments. This role offers the opportunity to be part of established sales teams at both locations, working alongside managers, senior consultants, and fellow consultants who provide comprehensive support and mentorship.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct viewings and present properties to prospective purchasers
- Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers throughout the sales process
- Achieve individual and team sales targets across both developments
- Provide comprehensive market knowledge and guidance to clients
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities
- Support marketing initiatives and weekend sales events
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across both sites
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in property or estate agency
- Strong communication and presentation skills with professional appearance
- Ability to work flexibly across two locations in central London
- Weekend availability (1 in 4 weekend schedule)
- Proven track record of meeting targets and building client relationships
- Valid driving licence advantageous for travel between sites
