Marketing Consultant - Property Developer (6-Month Contract)
Location: London Bridge (Onsite, Monday to Friday)

We are working with a well-established, design-led residential developer to hire a Marketing Consultant on a 6-month temporary contract, based full-time at their offices near London Bridge. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile new homes developments, with the potential for the role to extend into a longer-term fixed-term contract.
Ideal for a confident, hands-on marketing professional, this position requires previous experience in the residential property sector and a strong understanding of campaign execution across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement marketing strategies for live and upcoming residential schemes
Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, print, signage, and event activity
Coordinate with internal teams and external creative/media agencies
Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including brochures and digital assets
Manage website content and social media activity in line with brand guidelines
Track campaign performance, compile reports, and analyse results to inform strategy
Support the sales team with marketing materials and lead generation initiatives
Monitor competitor activity and stay updated on property market trends
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience in residential property or new homes
Demonstrable experience delivering campaigns from concept to execution
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Experience using CMS platforms, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), Canva or similar tools
Comfortable working full-time in an office-based environment (London Bridge location)
Available immediately or on short notice
