An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client, a leading housebuilder, for a Handover Coordinator to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent.

In this crucial role, you will coordinate the smooth handover of new homes to customers, ensuring every property meets high standards and delivering an exceptional customer experience from reservation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the handover process, coordinating with the build and sales teams to ensure properties are completed to the highest standard.

• Conduct detailed snagging inspections and ensure all issues are resolved prior to handover.

• Organise and carry out home demonstrations for new homeowners, explaining key features and answering questions.

• Schedule and manage key handovers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.

• Act as the main point of contact for customers during the handover phase, providing support and resolving any concerns promptly.

• Maintain accurate records and update the sales database with handover information.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a handover, customer care, or new homes coordination role.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with customers and internal teams.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.

• Confident using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Monday to Friday - based at the Kings Cross office and site visits as required.
