We're looking for a Lettings Manager / Assistant Manager to join a market leading independent estate agency covering East London.

Role Overview:

As a Lettings Manager, you'll be the face of the business in East London, responsible for:

• Conducting property valuations and winning new instructions

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords

• Generating leads through local networking and proactive outreach

• Advising clients on the lettings process with confidence and expertise

• Working closely with directors and wider team to drive the department forward

• Covering key areas across East London with a focus on customer service and conversion
