Overview:
This is a critical hire within the B2C Residential Marketing team at one of the UK's most recognisable real estate consultancies. The business continues to thrive despite a challenging market, and demand on the marketing team has never been higher. The team, led by Kevin have a focus on agility, data-led decision-making and performance marketing.
The Senior Associate will play a central role supporting the Residential Development and Sales teams by managing the digital listings of high-value new build properties across London. These listings are a key lead generation tool for the business, targeting buyers with the highest intent.
The Role:
The successful candidate will take full ownership of all aspects of the listings process for over 30 developments (each with 200+ units), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness across 200+ live listings at any given time. This includes:
- Managing copywriting, pricing information, floorplans, and virtual tours
- Ensuring consistency of tone, brand, and messaging across all listings
- Analysing listing performance using Salesforce and portal data
- Identifying and optimising content for better conversion rates
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders in sales and development teams
Key Qualities & Requirements:
- Highly process-driven and detail-oriented
- Confident with prioritisation and managing high-volume workflows
- Strong Salesforce or CRM platform experience preferred
- Good grasp of digital marketing fundamentals and customer journey
- Comfortable presenting and reporting on KPIs
- Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, commercial environment
- Ideally has a passion for property or residential real estate
- Prior experience in media, publishing, CRM/digital ad sales or real estate marketing would translate well

Office & Working Hours:
- Contracted hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (1hr lunch)
- While the contract is office-based, there is some flexibility around working hour.
