Sales Negotiator - North West London

Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + commission (OTE £45,000)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our thriving New Homes team on a development in North West London. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to build a successful career in property sales while earning excellent commission potential.

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing property sales from initial valuation through to completion, building strong relationships with vendors and purchasers, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations and market appraisals
• Generate new business through prospecting and lead conversion
• Manage sales progression from offer acceptance to completion
• Negotiate offers between vendors and purchasers
• Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the sales process
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential buyers
• Provide market updates and advice to clients
• Work collaboratively with mortgage brokers, solicitors, and other professionals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Previous sales experience (property experience preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
• Professional appearance and manner
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Desirable:

• Estate agency or property industry experience
• Local area knowledge of North West London
