Are you a meticulous, process-driven digital marketer with a passion for property? This is a pivotal opportunity to join a well-known real estate consultancy's Residential Marketing team and take full ownership of their digital listings function-one of the most important lead generation channels in the business.
The successful candidate will manage high-volume property listings across digital platforms and internal systems, ensuring every listing is accurate, compelling and performance-optimised.
What You'll Be Doing
Own and manage the end-to-end listings process for 30+ property developments (with 200+ live listings at any time).
Write and maintain content across listings, including floorplans, pricing, images and virtual tours.
Ensure all listings follow brand tone and messaging guidelines.
Use CRM and analytics tools to track performance and identify opportunities to improve conversions.
Collaborate with sales, development, and digital teams to streamline workflows and enhance customer journeys.
Liaise with external portal partners to maximise the visibility and effectiveness of listings.
Assist with website content optimisation and broader digital marketing activity as needed.
What We're Looking For

Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable managing large volumes of content and information

Proficient in CRM or CMS platforms (Salesforce or similar ideal)

Solid grasp of digital marketing and customer journey optimisation

Strong copywriting skills with a flair for concise, compelling content

Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities

Experience in property, publishing, digital media or similar environments preferred

Keen interest in residential property and/or real estate
