Your Role:

• Meet and greet customers, building rapport and understanding their needs

• Present available homes, plot options, and incentives clearly and professionally

• Conduct site and show home tours

• Progress sales through the full customer journey from reservation to exchange and completion

• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, and internal teams to ensure smooth sales progression

• Maintain accurate records and CRM entries

• Proven experience in new homes sales or high-end property sales

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills

• Confident, proactive, and target-driven

• Able to work weekends and flexible hours to suit customer demand
