Our client is a leading main contractor known for delivering some of London's most desirable residential developments spanning from private sale, affordable housing, PBSA & BTR.

They are in the process of renovating their flagship Head Office in the West End, and need two Finishing Foreman from a trade background to join them for a 4 month contract. This is an ongoing temp role, until end of October 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Immaculate Finishing: Oversee all aspects of the finishing phase, ensuring exceptional quality across high-spec interiors and tailored finishes.

• Luxury Standards: Manage the handover process of luxury apartments and penthouses, with an uncompromising eye for detail and precision.

• Team Coordination: Direct and coordinate subcontractors and specialist trades to ensure seamless, timely delivery.

• Snag Management: Identify, document, and resolve any defects efficiently, ensuring a pristine product at handover.

• Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to health and safety standards on-site, while upholding quality benchmarks.

About You

• Track Record of Excellence: Proven experience delivering office fit-outs

• Detail-Obsessed: You bring a refined eye and an insistence on perfection-nothing escapes your notice.

• Leadership & Finesse: You lead with confidence and professionalism, coordinating site teams with authority and grace.

• Qualifications: Construction-related qualifications are preferred, alongside SMSTS and CSCS.
