This is a hands-on, high-exposure role offering variety, strategic influence, and the opportunity to shape the financial direction of multiple live development projects. You'll be working closely with senior leadership and institutional lenders, with real responsibility from day one.
What you'll be doing:
Leading on cash flow forecasting across both the project management company and individual SPVs
Negotiating with lenders across a range of funding requirements - including development, bridging, and BTL
Preparing monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts
Managing VAT and CIS returns
Owning supplier relationships and overseeing day-to-day cash management
You'll report into the Operations Manager and a company Director, with real visibility across the business. This isn't a typical finance role - you'll be modelling out different debt/equity options, challenging assumptions, and helping us make the right calls at the right time.
About you:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with at least 2 years' post-qualified experience
Proven experience in residential development finance (this is essential)
Confident communicator who can build strong relationships with lenders and stakeholders
Skilled in Excel, with the ability to model out complex funding scenarios
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
