The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join our successful Stratford team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the thriving East London property market, working with an internationally recognised property consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations and provide expert market advice to landlords
• Generate new business through proactive prospecting and networking
• Manage the lettings process from initial instruction through to completion
• Accompany viewings and negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lettings targets
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lettings journey
• Stay updated on local market trends and legislative changes
• Collaborate with the wider team to maximise cross-selling opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in property lettings or sales (essential)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving targets
• Knowledge of the East London property market (desirable)
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
