An established boutique estate agency specialising in prime London residential lettings is seeking a Senior Lettings Administrator. This business delivers premium client experiences and requires expertise in tenancy progression with sharp attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tenancy progression from offer agreed to move-in
• Draft tenancy agreements and coordinate compliance documentation
• Ensure legal compliance including Right to Rent, deposits, Gas Safety and EPCs
• Act as primary contact for landlords and tenants
• Oversee tenancy renewals and rent negotiations
• Maintain accurate Reapit records for team visibility
• Liaise with accounts team on rent collections and deposits
• Support junior administrative staff

Requirements

• Proven tenancy progression experience in residential lettings
• Strong Reapit software proficiency
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workflows
• Proactive problem-solving approach
• Team-oriented with collaborative mindset
• Professional demeanour for premium client interactions
