With a focus on value over volume this is a unique opportunity to work in the luxury super prime market, where quality is everything.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

🏡 Tenancy Management:

• Prepare and manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and applications

• Oversee move-ins and move-outs, liaising with tenants, landlords, and property managers

✅ Compliance & Regulation:

• Ensure adherence to lettings laws: Right to Rent, deposit protection, EPCs, Gas Safety

• Track key legal dates and stay current on regulatory changes

🤝 Client Relations:

• Be the go-to contact for tenants and landlords

• Deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships

📈 Renewals & Rent Reviews:

• Lead renewal processes, negotiate terms, and advise on market trends

📸 Marketing & Listings:

• Support with property marketing, accurate listings, and viewing coordination

📂 Administration:

• Maintain tenancy records, reports, and internal systems

💷 Accounts Support:

• Work with accounts to process rents and deposits, and manage disputes

👥 Team Collaboration:

• Provide guidance to junior staff and support the wider lettings team
