Sales Advisor - Kent (Site-Based)
£28,500 - £34,000 basic | £55,000 - £65,000 OTE (Dependent on Experience)
A leading privately-owned house builder is looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join their expanding team in Kent. This is a site-based position offering excellent earning potential, strong team culture, and the opportunity to work on thoughtfully designed residential developments.
They're ideally looking for someone with property or new homes sales experience, but are also open to meeting driven individuals from strong customer-facing backgrounds who are looking to build a long-term career in new homes.
The Role
Based on one residential development at a time in Kent
Guide customers through the full buying journey from first enquiry to exchange
Deliver outstanding customer experience and build strong relationships
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and construction
Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions
Ideal Locations
You should live within commuting distance of Ashford, Maidstone, Canterbury, or the surrounding areas, and be happy to travel within Kent if needed.
Working Hours
9.30am - 5.30pm
Weekend working required: either Saturday or Sunday
Days off: Friday/Saturday or Sunday/Monday
Requirements
Previous experience in property sales, new homes, or similar customer-facing roles
A full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Strong communication and organisational skills
A team-oriented mindset - this is not a high-pressure estate agency environment
Confident working independently on-site
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary: £28,500 - £34,000 (depending on experience)
OTE: £55,000 - £65,000 (paid monthly on exchange)
Pooled commission structure with performance reviews at 6 months
Mileage allowance of 45p per mile for travel over 35 miles
