About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lettings Negotiator with fluent Mandarin language skills to join our expanding team in London. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and manage the lettings process from initial enquiry to tenancy agreement
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants, particularly within the Chinese-speaking community
• Generate new business through proactive prospecting and networking
• Negotiate rental terms and facilitate agreements between parties
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire lettings journey
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
• Assist with property marketing and social media content in both English and Mandarin

Essential Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for property
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and confident telephone manner
• Previous Lettings or customer service experience beneficial but not essential
