Sales Negotiator - Brentford

The Opportunity:

• Join a flagship development in Brentford - over 300 units (1, 2 & 3-bed apartments priced from £400k-£750k)

• Site runs through to 2028 - offering stability and long-term career growth

• Strong lead generation and team performance - many earning well above OTE

Package:

• £29,000 basic, rising to £31,000 after probation

• £26,000 commission

• £2,500 bonus per quarter

• Realistic OTE of £70k+

• Full-time | Permanent | Every weekend required (9:30am - 5:00pm)

What We're Looking For:

• Experienced sales professional - from new homes, estate agency, car sales, or similar

• Someone target-driven, hungry to close deals, and motivated by high earnings

• Strong customer skills and a polished, consultative approach

• Able to work every weekend - key to success on site
