Interim Property Tax Specialist - £70k - Contract

Location: St Pauls, London (Hybrid - 3 days in office: Mon, Wed + one of your choice)
Contract: 3-6 months
Day Rate: £270.00 per day plus holiday, paid weekly.Up to £70k equivalent (flex depending on experience).

The Opportunity

We're working with a well-regarded private real estate investment business, to find an experienced interim tax professional to support their finance team during a period of transition.

You'll be stepping in at a pivotal time to play a vital role in keeping the tax function running smoothly ahead of year-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review corporate tax compliance processes.

• Provide oversight on reporting and coordination ahead of year-end.

• Support ad hoc tax-related projects and advisory work.

• Liaise with external advisors (PwC) on filings and submissions.

• Ensure continuity during the handover period with the outgoing interim manager.

What you'll need:

• ACA or equivalent qualified with strong post-qualification experience in corporate tax.

• Experience in private businesses essential (real estate exposure is a huge bonus).

• Comfortable working independently with minimal onboarding.

• Available immediately or on short notice.

• Fluent in tax compliance and confident at review level.
