The Opportunity
A dynamic and fast-paced property team is seeking a Part-Time Team Administrator to support the operations of their Social Housing division. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive individual looking to take ownership of a varied and essential administrative role within a collaborative and growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team member
Maintain and organise digital filing systems, including scanning and document management
Create and manage spreadsheets to track occupancy, maintenance schedules, and tenant communications
Support data management tasks, including compliance records and trackers
Raise purchase orders and liaise with finance to ensure timely payment of invoices
Take accurate meeting minutes and distribute action points
Provide general administrative support across the department
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who thrives in a busy environment, works well independently, and takes initiative without needing close supervision. This role would suit someone with strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for administrative work.
Essential:
Proven experience in an administrative role (entry-level candidates with relevant skills will be considered)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
Confident working both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Desirable:
Experience taking minutes and tracking actions
Background in property, housing, or a similar sector
Customer service experience
