Acquisition Manager Deverellsmith has been retained by a leading European Residential &amp; Mixed-Use Investor/Developer to appoint an Acquisition Manager in London. We are seeking individuals who are well networked and have a strong track record in sourcing, underwriting, and executing Residential and Mixed-Use deals within the London market. The role<ul><li>As the Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, negotiating terms, and managing transactions from origination through to completion.</li><li>This is a strategic role that will see you play a key part in expanding the portfolio and driving returns on investment.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with agents, developers, property owners, and other industry professionals.</li><li>Monitor market trends and emerging opportunities in target markets</li><li>Prepare investment memorandums and presentation materials for internal stakeholders</li><li>Structure deals to optimise returns while minimising risk exposure</li><li>Perform detailed financial modelling and investment analysis for potential acquisitions</li></ul> What you need<ul><li>Proven track record of residential and commercial transactions in London</li><li>Real Estate degree</li><li>Established network of industry relationships</li><li>Experience with institutional investors or real estate funds</li><li>Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and analysis (Excel, Argus, etc.)</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills</li></ul>
