Our client is seeking a proactive, customer-focused Shared Ownership Sales Consultant to represent a brand-new development on site. This is a key role for someone passionate about property, skilled in sales, and motivated by making a difference - not just hitting targets.

Higher basic salary: £37,000-£42,000 DOE + Commission - no waiting for commission to pay your bills
Better hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-5pm- Sunday/Monday off

What You'll Be Doing:
Acting as the main point of contact for prospective buyers at the development
Guiding customers through the shared ownership process from enquiry to completion
Conducting viewings, supporting affordability assessments, and assisting with applications
Maintaining ongoing communication with buyers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sales progression
Delivering excellent customer service in line with company standards and regulatory requirements
Keeping accurate records of all activity using CRM and sales systems
Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a professional and approachable on-site presence
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in residential sales, within shared ownership, new homes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised and detail-focused
Ability to work independently on site and manage your own schedule
Confident with CRM systems and sales documentation
A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
What You'll Get:
Salary: £37k-£42k DOE, + Commission
