Our client is seeking a proactive, customer-focused Shared Ownership Sales Consultant to represent a brand-new development on site. This is a key role for someone passionate about property, skilled in sales, and motivated by making a difference - not just hitting targets.

  • Higher basic salary: £37,000-£42,000 DOE + Commission - no waiting for commission to pay your bills

  • Better hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-5pm- Sunday/Monday off

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for prospective buyers at the development

  • Guiding customers through the shared ownership process from enquiry to completion

  • Conducting viewings, supporting affordability assessments, and assisting with applications

  • Maintaining ongoing communication with buyers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sales progression

  • Delivering excellent customer service in line with company standards and regulatory requirements

  • Keeping accurate records of all activity using CRM and sales systems

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a professional and approachable on-site presence


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in residential sales, within shared ownership, new homes

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organised and detail-focused

  • Ability to work independently on site and manage your own schedule

  • Confident with CRM systems and sales documentation

  • A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude


What You'll Get:
