We're looking for an experienced and ambitious Development Sales Lead to take full ownership of a flagship residential development in SW London
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, site-based sales role and wants the autonomy to deliver results without managing a team. You'll be the dedicated on-site sales specialist, supported by a Customer Relations Executive, and will be the face of the development to prospective buyers.
What's on Offer
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 basic (OTE £65,000 - £75,000)
Work pattern: 5-day week (two weekends on, two weekends off)
Autonomy: Full responsibility for site sales activity
Support: A dedicated Customer Relations Executive on-site to assist

The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in new homes sales or similar development-led sales environment
Highly motivated and confident managing the full customer journey
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working independently and accountable for meeting sales targets
