As a Shared Ownership Sales Consultant, you'll bring your estate agency sales skills to a consultative, customer-focused role matching buyers with properties tailored to their needs. From lead handling to deal closing, you'll build trust, exceed targets, and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with qualified leads and identify client needs
Deliver tailored sales presentations and expertly guide buyers through the shared ownership process
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
Build strong, lasting relationships with buyers to encourage repeat and referral business
What We're Looking For:
Proven success in estate agency sales, specifically with shared ownership experience
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
What You'll Get:
Competitive basic salary up to £39k + £55k OTE
- Guaranteed commission for the first 3 months
Work schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 10am-5pm, with Sundays and Mondays off - for better work-life balance
